14. If the Seller fails to include the expense of unique packaging in the Purchase Rate the Purchaser must pay to the Seller such costs as needed.

21. The Buyer will pay the Seller immediately. If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
